Isn't it good? There aren't too many Marvin Gaye songs that I don't like from the "What's Going On" album through to just after he died. He is one of the greatest musicians -- EVER!

I don't know about you, but I have to be careful when I listen to Marvin's songs. I tend to play them over and over and over again. He was such a genius.
And it is very much "Time to Get it Together," isn't it?

yes i too repeatedly listen to marvin----many years later his message is so timely. failure of our education system is promoting more crime and profit for the prison system. it is past time to get it together.

Our education system needs a rehaul and change in philosophy. And there's also a failure of "the village" to do its job. We need a change of heart.
