ReplyDeleteBefore my cousin Ken died I gave a program called give me my flowers while I live and I sent out invites that said we were honoring Aunt Jerry and Uncle George so that my whole TN family would attend. doing the service I told each of my family to stand one by one and gave them a flower and honored them. I am so glade that I had the opportunity to show them all how much I love and appreciate them and I remember the look on Ken's face when I noted all his accomplishments and how he was such a wonder father. There are tears falling on the keyboard so I better stop.

ReplyDeleteHe is sister. He's 78 years old. His children decided to throw him a celebration gathering, even though it wasn't his birthday, to celebrate his life NOW. :-) He's a special part of the family.
